To get a certificate of attendance for the 2025 PELC Local Elders Bootcamp, fill out the following form and it will email you the certificate. Please check your spam folder in case the email goes there. There will also be a link on this page to the certificate after you complete the form.

In the event you never receive the certificate, email info@pelcpower.com and they will send it to you via email.
